Hi everyone

I have apple id zzz@gmail.com and i have synced it with an icloud.

After that I have changed it so i made my id assosiated with yyy@yahoo.com

so i have replaced the old mail on new. so there is no more such id as zzz@gmail.com

then i registered i mean i signed up one more time i mean i have created one more apple id with the mail that i've used to use before which is zzz@gmail.com and i never logged in or used icloud with that mail

question: so my synced data is associaated with yyy@yahoo.com?

or still if i log into icloud with zzz@gmil.com i can see my old files? or now it is like new clear id and nothing on icloud?

    Welcome to the Apple Community.

For the avoidance of doubt, can you clarify whether you created a new ID or just changed the address on your existing one.

If unsure, try to log into My Apple ID using both.

The data from your yyy account may well still be on his device, but it will no longer sync new data. he needs to delete the yyy account from his devices and log into the new zzz account you have created for him.

All accounts are completely seperate, no one can see your data from another account.

However I don't see how both accounts are associated with the same email, one is zzz the other is yyy, why do you think the new account is associated with the old one or vice versa.

His address might have been associated with your account at one time, but it isn't any longer, without your ID and password he cannot access your account.

Since the new account has not been used it will be empty.

An iCloud email address will always stay nwith the account, it cannot be changed (@iCloud etc), non iCloud addresses can be added and removed, the account does not follow those addresses, yes they are only associated with an account, even if they are used as a primary address.

so what he has on his device synced before is ok

but when he wants to sync with the server and get my files on his iphone he cant, right?

    Yes

Whilst he will still be able to enter the iCloud address to try to log into the account, he will not be able to since you have changed the password.
