You may have a failing HD, run Apple Hardware Test in Extended Mode at least 3x. If errors appear write them down and book an appointment at your local Apple Store or AASP for service. If no errors appear just book an appointment. AHT isn't totally reliable in finding errors which is why you will need to take it in if no errors appear. If they appear it just helps pin down what the error is, however don't ask what a code means because Apple does not publish their error codes.
