I have not used my laptop for a while and when i have started to use it again i can't access my iTunes program, i have tried removing and re- downloading it but i always get a message telling me that there is a corrupt file ands to run the 'chkdsk utility i have tried this but still can't open iTunes.

 

Can anyone please help me..
