The easiest thing to do is use one of the built-in (to OS X) screen-savers. "Classic" will do what you want. Of course, there are fancier treatments to chose from.
You set these at "➞System Preferences➞Desktop and Screen Saver➞Screen Saver". Your Mac keeps a separate screen saver setting for each monitor. You can select all the Images in your Aperture Library, or any container in your Library. You can randomize the order.
Does that meet your need?

When I go to "screen saver" in system preferneces, I only see the option for the main monitor, not the second monitor. Do I need to do something to tell OSX that I have 2 monitors attached to the iMac?
