Hi guys, when i import my mp4 clips into motion and play them back, the fps drops untill in gets down to about 2. I did my research and found out that mp4 clips are not supported in motion and that I needed to turn them into prores files. I then downloaded mpeg streamclip and found out that it can't turn mp4 clips into prores files unless i have final cut pro installed. Is there a way around this or do i need to buy FCPX? Cheers!!
