The iCloud backup includes the following information:
- Photos and videos in the Camera Roll
- Device settings (for example: Phone Favorites, Wallpaper, and Mail, Contacts, Calendar accounts)
- App data
- Home screen and app organization
- Messages (iMessage, SMS, and MMS)
- Visual Voicemails
If you have everything turned on in your backup settings, and the backup completes successfully, what makes you think this information is not being backed up?
Well, when I go to iCloud my notes are not there its empty, and there isnt a link or photo icon. Are you saying that you cant 'see' stuff on the cloud but it is there?
How can I test if it is backed up successfully?
You can't see you photos on icloud.com; you can only view them on your device. You can tell if it backed up successfully by going to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup, then at the very bottom look for "Last Backup: [date]". If it backed up successfully you will see a backup date within the last 24 hours.
If your notes aren't appearing on icloud.com, try creating a new one, then see if it appears there after a few minutes. If it does, then you will have to copy and paste the text of your existing notes into new notes to get them to sync to iCloud.
