Don't know what the error code means, but if you're unable to burn DVDs, it could be that your SuperDrive just isn't that "super" any longer. You may want to take your machine to your local Apple Store or an AASP and have them diagnose the problem: if it turns out that you need a new SuperDrive, you'll be much better financially getting a new one from OWC and installing it yourself (instructions on OWC's website).

The first thing you may want to try is just using another disc, though: perhaps from a different vendor? I've been using Verbatim discs for over 11 years now and have only had one bad one in the bunch...

Try another disc - or a different brand. If the problem persists, take the machine in for diagnostics. If it's a drive failure, just get a new one from OWC and install it yourself. Quite simple.

    Good luck,

    Clinton
