I have been unable to pair my device with other 3rd party devices and apple devices. I called the support and they recommended a product exchange> when my wife went to the store they paired it with a keyboard and said it was our problem. They also sent he r home without the cord to charge the ipad. Has anyone else had suh poor service. At home and cannot pair with iphone or mac book pro still.
