I have tried every fix suggested by apple
Care to share? Any of them mentioned in KB Article: iPod not recognized in 'My Computer' and in iTunes for Windows? If so, you will have no choice but to call iPod Tech support if still under warranty or have AppleCare and/or take your iPod Nano to your local Apple Store or AASP for repairs.
