If SSL configuration changes happened, it's possible your web browser has some pages cached that need to be reloaded. I seem to recall holding the Shift key down while reloading will force previously cached pages to be re-fetched from the server.
Failing that, it's possible that there is an internal mismatch of SSL and non-SSL port settings in the apache configuration. In Server.app make sure both the Wiki service and the Calendar service have an SSL certificate assigned, and for good measure, stop+start the Calendar service so that the reverse-proxy settings within apache get re-applied. Then make sure you are pointing your browser at the https:// version of your server, rather than http://

This seems like a question I shouldn't have to ask, but are web services required to be running to make this lash up between wiki and calendar? Beyond the issue described by ChrisDW, the wiki's that had calendars working now show a grayed out check box (with the check mark still there) under the wiki settings page.
I'll try reloading certs for each of the services, but trying to figure out if I should also be mucking with web services and the default web sites?
