Q: iOS 6 Bluetooth problems

it does not work for me. I followed the entire procedure as indicated, but whenever I stop the engine , it loses the connection. I do not need to pair again , but I must again make " paired " and select the iPhone to be connected. It is essential Apple fixes this and I invite you to write to them as described above . I must write to Apple and give feedback so that the number of people disappointed require them to listen and then make the correction because it is not normal. I will still not change cars and take an old model ! and why it worked before with previous IOS version and not this one? ? ? they made ​​a mistake and the manufacturer is responsible for Apple to fix this .

I also have the same problem with bluetooth connection. It's not just Iphone 4, but from 3g, 3gs...

Does Apple take this problem into account? I can't never connect to bluetooth from my device to any other, nor does it find any other pairs even on the same idevices. Booooooo........The bluetooth is suck!!!

I have 2 iPads . One  iPad 3 and one iPad 4 . Both are running ios 6.0.1 . Only the iPad 3 has Bluetooth issues . It can be right next to the connected device and yet still lose connection every couple of minutes or so for a few seconds . My iPad4 can be on the other end of the house and yet never lose a connection even once !

So this seems to be an issue with the ios 6.0.1 and the ipad 3 .

Apple tech support is very friendly and VERY USELESS ! No answers .

Apple is every bit as glitchy as any Android device I've ever owned !

From Day 1 , my two iphone 5's have had an issue where , if it loses a 4g connection ... it WILL NOT switch over to a 3g network ... it will just say " no data connection "  and then it wont re-establish the 4G connection ever !

Apples solution for me : " turn your phones off and then on when this happens !" Ridiculous

Now since Jan 1 the marvelous " do not disturb " feature Apple is advertizing  DOES NOT WORK on any of my 5 devices !

Apples solution : " wait until Jan 7th " ??????

I wonder if it's a CDMA (Verizon, Sprint) issue, which is what my iPhone 4s is.

My issues are on the following :

Bluetooth connection issues - Ipad 3 / ios 6.0.1

4G losing connection but not finding 3g  ( no data connection ) - iPhone 5 / ios 6.0.2  / Verizon

My issue is:

iOS: 6.0.1

Phone Type: iPhone4

Carrier: AT&T

Problem:  Kia Sorento - Bluetooth connection is stable. Song identifying information is sometimes relayed and sometimes not.  But streaming works.  Phone calls can be answered using the buttons in the car, and speakerphone works, but the in-car microphone doesn't relay conversation to phone.

Just got some Beats By Dre Wireless and am having dropouts with my iPhone. Was going to return them, but after reading these Bluetooth connectivity issues, I see I am not alone.  What is the best way to communicate this to apple?  How can this really get fixed?

I drive a BMW 550i and while I'm able to pair the car/phone easy enough ... that's about where the 'easy' stops. If I try to make/receive a call using Bluetooth, I only receive about every 3rd or 5th word (although I may get two or three words sequentially then I'll miss the next 2-5). 

While on a Bluetooth call I hear a loud static/buzzing sound that overlays the conversation - further making it difficult to hear/understand.

I've tried calling and receiving calls from different people, while connected through Bluetooth, and once I switch back to using the iPhone 5 itself (actually holding it to my ear), the person on the other end will tell me (1) it sounds much better, and (2) it had sounded like I was standing in a wind tunnel -or- with my head out the window while driving down the freeway.

Hopefully 6.0.3 will fix the bluetooth issue ...

Issue: Bluetooth wont turn on. Cant add any new blue tooth devices since upgrading to 6.02. Added the Nike Fuelband before upgrade, unable to add the Nike Sensor after upgrade.

When will this be fixed?!?

Bluetooth just spins and the icon is grey not white. It won't connect to either a 2010 BMW or a 2010 Evo.  Was told today the issue may be the car! My 3GS on earlier iOS worked fine.  Friends on 6.0.2 have a similar issue.

I have read this discussion and tried everything mentioned to pair an iPhone 4S 6.02 BT to a Panasonic KX-TG7733S Link-to-Cell Bluetooth Cellular Convergence Solution (wireless home phone). The 4S worked well until I restored it yesterday because of an Email account issue remaining unresolved. The BT would not pair, although my iPhone 5 worked OK with 6.0.2. After 20 hours of frustration, I started to investigate the Panasonic KX-TG7733. Somewhere in the past, the link name included iPhon, not iPhone. I could not display the entire name on the KX-TG7733 when attempting to link, so it appeared that it would not link. I deleted the Panasonic profile and it linked immediately. The same thing applied to our 2007 Toyota RAV4. A new profile fixed the link issue.

What to take away from this: I cursed Apple over 6.0.2 issues when it had nothing to do with the phone. When any part of connected technology doesn't work, we blame Apple, assuming that they are the cause. I have a lot of Apple products (14 that I can see sitting here) and prefer them over Windows, however, I'm an old guy who first used a computer in the early 60's and think that all computers are wonderful tools but understand that even the best product sometimes needs repair.

Point well taken. I posted because I assume that some others may find profile deletion helpful. I can understand your frustration.
