i have been buying books from Apple for all the years they have offered them. This is the second year I have been disappointed. I contacted them the day after Christmas after looking at the ones I gave to my family. The color was not terrible but not the vibrant colors my photos were (Hawaii) and I was disappointed. I was on with Apple 2 different times, the lady had to call me back after transfering me around to several different departments.

She said she would call me back the next day (the department closed before she could get an answer) -she never did.

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions whom to write or call besides the main apple number. I wasted several hours on that day and frankly I am ow pretty upset about it all. Not the customer service one would expect from Apple. There does not seem to be a way to even email them about it.
