Does it have current firmware?

I've got dropping with my airplay. I've seen it is a current problem with mountain lion.

If you are having problems with the "Airplay Mirroring" feature, make sure you meet these requirements below. If your posting is accurate, you Cannot use Airplay because Macbooks are not supported, as shown in the list below:
Requirements for AirPlay Mirroring in OS X Mountain Lion

Macbooks are not compatible with AirPlay Mirroring in the list above.
