    navigate to www.apple.com/store - under the "support" link in the grey strip along the top of the page, is a link to "accounts".  Click on it, and select "account home". 

     

    On the resulting screen, select "change your delfault billing or shipping address", then enter in your Apple ID.  You can change all your info here.

    Welcome to the Apple Community.

     

    When in the Store on your device, navigate to music > featured (other locations work too) and scroll to the bottom of the page. Tap on your ID and choose View Apple ID when prompted. Enter your password when prompted then tap payment information on the next page.

    Hi guys,

     

    I have a similar issue , i have an account registered to Romania, now i have moved to the UK, i have a balance on my account but i can not seem to pay with my UK Visa. Does anyone have an idea on how to proceed in paying this balance?
