Why does iTunes bill me multiple time for a single app.

Has any one else ever had problems with iTune charging your bank acct odd amounts that doesn't match what you thought you were paying? I've had this problem ever since I've Started using iTunes at first they charged my bank account a couple of time and different amounts for one single app, mostly buying chips to play bingo. This happened so many times and support said it has to be my mistake. So I changed my billing info to another bank and bank account. Same thing happened to that acct. then I got a gift card and get this from 12/30/12 to 1/4/13 they have charged the first bank, second bank and gift card odd amounts that doesn't match what I purchased. This is just crazy and I gotta know if any one else has had this happen or am I just nuts? I'll be looking forward to any comments you have. Thanks
