Since upgrading to OS X 10.8.2, Mountain Lion, certain software applications do not remember where I last opened a file from. So when I go to File>Open, it takes me back to the root level, requiring me to navigate down to the project folder EACH and EVERY time. Seems to be happening with Illustrator and Photoshop mostly, but costing a lot of time.

MacBook Pro (15-inch 2.53 GHz), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
