My lenovo laptop is going to crash one of these days and my iTunes is on this laptop where both my iPhone and iPad is connected. I'm not going to be using my iPhone as I'm a school girl and it becomes a distraction so it's not important but what do I do with my iPad. It's brand new and I'm scared that when this laptop crashes... How will I be able to sync stuff and use it on another new laptop?? Please help because I'm really stressing.

When you get a new computer just restore your backup to the new computer. The iTunes Library is normally saved on the hard drive in a specific folder such as the Music folder or in a separate iTunes folder. You restore the backup to that same folder on your new computer. If a folder does not exist then it will likely be created for you when you install iTunes on your new computer. Then restore your library into the proper folder replacing any newly created iTunes Library.

You want to save the backup on a different hard drive such as an external drive. You cannot use the library on your brother's computer unless he creates a new user account for you. Then you could put it in your user account where it belongs to use it on his computer. But if you are getting a new computer I would just keep it on the external drive until you are ready to put it on your new computer.

Pictures are not part of the iTunes Library, at least not on a Mac. I'm not sure about Windows but I don't think they are saved in the iTunes Library on Windows. They would be somewhere else, but I don't know where. I don't use Windows very much.
