I'm trying to set up iTunes Match on my computer.  Although it has completed step one and much of step two (~10600/11680 songs), it keeps stopping and presenting the following message:

"We could not complete your iTunes store request. An unknown error occurred (4002)."

If I click okay, then click start the matching process again, it speeds through step one (great), but then starts back at song 9600/11680 for step two.  It then proceeds to match about one thousand songs (takes a couple hours) and then presents the same error as before (and once again, if I click okay and restart the matching process, it resets step two back to 9600/11680 songs).

What is causing the error, and what is causing iTunes to forget its progress?

Any assistance would be much appreciated.  Thanks!

PS -- I read on another post that turning off iTunes match and turning it back may resolve the problem, but since the matching process has never fully completed, I'm not sure that I can actually turn it off.
