Drat ... okay, we'll take a punt on the most likely cause of the message at the moment.

Jan 8, 2013 8:35 PM in response to b noirby dboneapple,I've already tried that and I have no such GEAR driver. I tried the other steps as well. I also tried my Lenovo ThinkPad support page to try new CD firmware but it is already up to date.
