I cannot activate the iMessage in my iPad

I cannot activate the iMessage, I get "your password or user id is incorrect" ..

 

I enter the correct apple id and password ..

 

I need help to active the iMessage ..

iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G, iOS 6.0.2
