Close All Open Apps... Perform a Reset... Try again...
Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

Huh? Where the heck are those? I have an on/off button on top, the button on the face and volume control buttons. Apparently my iPhone 4 is deficient in those buttons.

A hardware reset changes nothing for my iPhone 4 and the known defect with "Do Not Disturb" that began Jan 1 of 2013. I've started each day since Jan 7 with a hardware reset & the problem perseveres.
