I'm afraid there is no way to do it on the iPad.
Don't know if you have regular access to that mail account on a computer, but about the only way to do a mass move like you're wanting will be on a computer. If they have a webmail interface you can try that.
For example, in my case I have two yahoo accounts in my mail app, but if I open safari I can also access my yahoo mail by simply going to yahoo.com and signing in that way. If your provider has web access that might help you. But there's no 'mass move' within the mail app.

Unfortunately... I am trying to move messages from a MS outlook web access (microsoft exchange) to a personal business account to save the emails that I need to CYA for my business... I can move the emails by selecting one by one and moving them but i have about 15K emails i should be moving...

I tried on my web access and I can't do a mass forward via the web app but I can within the main outlook. Course, you try to forward 15K mails you'll likely not get them because you'll trigger some sort of spam filter. Even sending from yourself to yourself.
One thing I can do from within my outlook is that I have the option to create a pdf from multiple e-mails. I can't do it on the exchange, I literally have to be at work and do it from within outlook there, but I once had the need to keep every mail from a specific person and used that feature.
I'm afraid the mail app isn't capable of doing what you need it to do.
