Crashing on my iPod touch  4g

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Im writting to tell about my problem. So I bought my iPod 4 th generation 8 months ago. On the 4th month it has started to crash and freeze. Now my problem still "breathe" . Its not jailbroken or hacked in any other way. I restored it but no result again . I want to tell me how to resolve this annoying problem. Im with IOS 6.0 now but when i was with 5.1.1 still lagged .

    Try the standard fixes:

    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

    Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

    least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

    - Reset all settings

    Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

    All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

    - Restore from backup. See:

    - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

    -  Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.
