Jan 11, 2013 2:41 PM in response to lyssagurrby Klaus1,The icons in the Dock are only aliases. The question mark probably means that they have lost contact with the original applications, maybe because you have moved them out of the Appplication Folder where they belong?

Jan 11, 2013 2:50 PM in response to lyssagurrby Klaus1,Then the alias is not pointing to the application but to the download or install package.
Repair prmissions and reboot. If that doesn't cure it you will have to reinstall.

Jan 11, 2013 3:03 PM in response to lyssagurrby Klaus1,Go to Disk Utility (this is in your Utilities Folder in your Application folder) and click on the icon of your hard disk (not the one with all the numbers).
In First Aid, click on Repair Permissions.
This only takes a minute or two in Tiger, but much longer in Later versions of OS X.

You reinstall from your original install disks.

Jan 11, 2013 4:49 PM in response to lyssagurrby Knucklesmac,Are these application shown in your application folder?
If not, then like Klaus1 has suggested, you would need to use your Leopard (Mac OS X 10.5) DVD to reinstall the missing software.
