I have 15 Macbooks in a computer cart in my classroom that are continuously charged if students are not using them. During the two-week holiday break, as part of an energy-saving crusade, the computer cart was unplugged (not by me). Now 2 of the laptops' batteries won't charge, and we have to replace them. Is draining the batteries when the cart was unplugged the cause? I just find it quite a coincident that two laptop batteries died on exactly the same day.
