    Yes, I totally agree. My son was given a 50 ITunes card that is absolutely useless since we cant access our acct to buy anything. Itunes is like getting info from the CIA geesh!!!!

    You might want to consider the alternative to securing your account. What if someon else accessed your account, made enormous charges and then your bank closed your account and then your itunes account is disabled for security reasons. You'd be demanding that apple improves its security, correct?'

     

     

    Anyway, if you can verify your identy with the following, then call 1-800--APL-CARE

     

     

    Have the following ready:

     

    1. your apple id username, thats verifiable and not disabled or locked.

     

    2. the serial number of an apple product registerd in your name ( I realize that not everyone with an apple id owns and apple device, but have it ready if you do).

     

    3. If possible, current billing info associated with account.
