My mbp has the intel hd 4000 on chip (vram 512mb) as well as the Nvidea GT 650M (vram 1 gb).

My question is which takes care of what. Does one act as a primary GPU and the other handle the overload, or do they run in parallel ?

Or does the GT 650M handle all graphics?

Thanks

MacBook Pro with Retina display, Mac OS X (10.7.4)
