Usually App Store will send you an eMail within one or two days confirming the billing details. Mine come itemised so if more than one item is on a bill all items are separately noted.
If you do not receive an email you can request a duplicate, though I am not sure how far back they will go. Write here and ask.
Incidentally, in your App store purchase list, if you click on each app in turn, a small information panel appears which has the current price.

Another way to go about it.
Sign in to iTunes > Store (top menu) > View AppleID > Password > and in the account info screen which comes up > purchase history > click on see all.
The list will include both iTunes and App Store purchases.
