     Hi All,

Does Apple have a response to the ongoing 4S echo problem ?

My wife and I both have iPhone 4S purchased about 3 months apart. We both use the same case model, Mophie Juice Pack Plus. She has the well known and documented echo problem and I don't.

Where is Apple on this problem ? Has it occured in iPhone 5 ?

I've never heard of the "well known echo problem", and I've had a 4S for 18 months.

Anyway, this is a user forum; Apple does not read or respond here. Have you tried asking Apple directly, either at an Apple store, online chat, or telephone support.

Haven't heard of anything like that, much less a "well known and documented" problem like that.

Echo can usually be attributed to the cellular carrier. Normally, disconnecting and calling back will clear it up.

As for Apple's response, you'd have to ask them. No one here can speak for Apple, and since there is nothing published by Apple on the matter, nothing can be said.
