I keep getting error messages regarding my airport/time capsule.  The latest is:

The backup disk image “/Volumes/Time Capsule/[name] MacBook Pro.sparsebundle” could not be accessed (error -1).

i am so sick of constantly getting error messages.  Do i need a new time capsule?  Any ideas?
