I personally followed all the possible tips you can find here and even more. But the fact is that my other Apple devices and other breand devices work perfectly and my Iphone works only if I am just few centimeters from the router. Of, course, the other Iphones have not upgraded to 6.0.2

I would say that it is a shame, not only bad. My Iphone 5 worked great before upgrading to 6.0.2 and it seems it is not only my experience! Please Apple fix it otherwise I will give back my device ask I will ask refund.

I have the same problem 6.02 worked 2 weeks fine but suddenly it stops working.

Is it worth to try a complete factory default reset for the iphone. Have you tried that?

I am upset with this also. This is my 1st iphone and the wifi is terrible. Very very slow or not working much at all. My wifes 4s works fine on wifi and both of our ipad 2's work fine too. Its just my iphone 5 that is bad. I might add that this is day 2 with the phone.

Yesterday I went to my local Apple Store and I exposed the problem. They just tried the wifi connetcion there and it worked. End f the story. It depends what kind of wifi power they have in their store... They rreated me like a stupid a no mention of any upgrade to fix this... Yes, we are stupid, to still buy Apple devices, if this is the treatment.

I have tested on an enterprise WLAN network controller on the 2.4 Ghz with 2 iphones 5 both 6.02 and same WLAN chip vendor BC:3B:AF. The good iphone has a signal noise ratio 47dB my iphone the bad one has a snr of 17dB far below whats normal. Now I have done a complete factory reset with no result the WIFI problem is still there. Any suggestions out there??

Same issues here.  Even if any of the suggested "fixes" worked for longer than 2 minutes it is insane that they need to exist in the first place.  Wifi is something that is figured out on every other device they make.  Very frustrated with this problem.  I get around 33mbps on my iPad and anything else connected to my wifi but my iphone 5 gets around 0.5 to 1.5mbps.  No excuse.
