After attaching the ethernet cable to both my Extreme and Rogers modem, there is no communication. When I attach my MacBook directly to the Modem, works perfectly. When running the Network Diagnostic, it shows Internet fail and Server fail. After contacting Rogers Tech Support, they tell me it is a problem with my Base Station and I should contact Apple for support. Any suggestions??
