To clarify, Your using iTunes 11.0.1
Also are you saying that the device is being recognized in the My Computer / Computer section of Windows 7?
Also just a few other things to check, A) Is the cord your using damaged? B) What port on the computer are you plugging into?

Well, thanks for your support.
In the first place I have to say that i've tried my best to solve the issue.
- changing device and connection
- doing standard check as it is written in iTunes support including restarting apple mobile application
- finally i've reinstalled iTunes
Everything seems working correctly with all of my iPhones. I mean i can see them as usb peripheral.
Only that iTunes refuses to operate.
