hi,

while browsing the web, safari or any other app, i won't receive calls (only a voicemail). This happens whether i'm on wifi, LTE or 4G. Is there a setting i need to change or is this something that AT&T cannot handle.

    It works just fine for me. There is no setting you should have to change on the phone to make it work.

     

    I would try Settings>General>Resets>Reset Network Settings.

     

    If that doesn't clear it up, contact AT&T.

    AT&T can handle that.

     

    I don't know of a setting for this.

     

    Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPhone?

     

    Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after the iPhone shuts down, then press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.

     

    Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds). Ignore the "Slide to power off"

    i have done the restart process several times in the past, nothing changed. I read on the at&t site to go to settings>general>cellular>enable LTE (toggle off then on again). that worked.
