In the next version of Keynote I would really like to see blending mode support (overlay, screen, multiply) and I would like to import videos and 3d charts without compromising performance. Because I prepare slides full of Quicktime PNG alpha videos and 3d charts and even with my Macbook Pro there is remarkable stutter.

You would need to provide this feed back to Apple's Engineering department.  You can do this in more than one way.

Open Keynote - select the word Keynote right beside the apple, and select "provide Keynote Feedback", or by going to  Simply choose Keynote, and provide feedback here

The "Apple "Support Communities" are other apple users, just like yourself, and would have no way of assisting with this.

there is no blending mode in Keynote, use an image editing application such as Photoshop to do this.

convert the video files that have alpha chanels to flattened H236 Quicktime and they will play without stutter.

I want to keep the alpha channel of a video in keynote without suffering stutter because I integrate 3d graphics in the slides, only Quicktime PNG and Animation codecs enable this and they are heavy formats.

Your not going to achieve this. The Animation codec is a an editing / compositing CODEC not a distribution/playback CODEC. It wont play flawlessly on a top end Mac in a broascast edit suite, so it will not play back in a Keynote presentation layered with other graphics.

what I need is to be able to overlay or screen 3d graphics, videos with alpha channel on top of the slide I design in Keynote.

In the broadcast world, a distribution / playback file is created from the editing CODEC file such as animation or a 10 bit uncompressed to a playback CODEC such as H264.

You have to be realistic to get out work.
