The disk cannot be partitioned because some files can not be moved.

Back up the disk and use Disk Utility to format it as a single Mac OS Extended (Journaled) volume. Restore your information to the disk and try using Boot Camp Assistant again.

I would like to partition my drive so that I have windows 7 on my Mac as well as os mountain lion but I get the above message every time. I have partitioned it before and it has worked but then I ran out of space on my hd so I had to remove the partition until I could clear out enough space to retain that partition. If anybody could describe this problem to me and how I might go about fixing it that would be more than great. Thanks!!!

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.4)
