I am from india I bought a iPhone4 unlocked on 24june 2013 from U.S.A (when I was their for tour) and nw 4 days ago it slipped of from ma hand n it's screen (protective glass) broke down and I thought no worry I would go to apple repair centre and the will repair it but I was Shocked by their reply they said that " we couldn't  help you because this phone was bought from u.s.a "

N when I asked what should I do they said that " 1 option sell It or drop it and by a new phone from India 2nd sorry we couldn't help u  from here u have to come to u.s.a for repairing "

What a crap gays for repairing a phone I have to travel for 24hours via plane

I didn't get their point if I bought a phone from u.s.a then, did I make a big mistake

I bought from their bcoz I believe that apple has a great service they will never let down hope of their user

Bt I am feeling very bad after hearing such reply

Mean I am ready for paying money for replacement or repair even though I am not getting the service from apple service centre....:(

 

Plzzzzzzzzs help me apple I don't wana to loose ma iPhone ..:(i
