How are you connecting to the Apple store? Via Browser? If so, what URL? Via iTunes App? Via App Store App?
Are you using a VPN?
FYI you are only talking to other users here not Apple.

I am not using a VPN. It seems the problem is that I updated my address from USA to Australia and changed my credit card details. Apparently for doing that I no longer have access to the music I legally acquired and paid for.
Apple is ripping people off!!! I have been penalized for being honest and declaring my change of address.

I tried that already but sicne I no longer have a USA credit card it wont let me proceed. I try and enter my Australian address with Australian CC but that fails the test.
It seems Apple has robbed me?
