I'm trying to transfer my apps from my iMac to my iPad is this possible?
If you are referring to Mac compatible apps, no. The iPad will require a different version (if available)
Mac apps are not compatible with iPad. Only those apps in Mac iTunes are.
Connect and select iPad in iTunes sidebar, select Apps tab, select the apps you want, click sync.
The apps that run on your Mac are OSX based and can't run on an IOS platform. You will need to use the corresponding IOS apps on your iPad.
They would be downloaded on your IOS device from the iTunes store on your device.
Is there a iPhoto app for iPad?
If I paid for it for my iMac do I have to pay again for my iPad
Yes, you would, as they are different versions for the different operating systems.
If you have the "Photos" app on your device, that is iPhoto for IOS.
Sorry I was wrong on my last post.
