Q: time capsule + extend existing network

Hi,

I would need to your support regarding Time Capsule.

Is it better to create a new wifi network or is it more appropriate to extend an existing network to improve the wifi reach at home?

Many thanks for your support.

It is better to extend the WiFi network (preferably over Ethernet) as then there isn't a delay in changing networks. If you don't have an Apple router then you can use bridge mode, just make the network name, password and security type exactly the same as your current network.
