And if I understand correctly, you think the physical keyboard can be changed. No way. The only way to change the keyboard on a Unibody MBP is by replacing the entire topcase. Meaning the whole aluminum chassis. That entails gutting the original Mac and transferring all components to the new topcase with the desired keyboard (and trackpad), to the tune of $700-$900 for parts and [lots of] labor. A totally stupid design idea, given that the keyboard is the most used component on a computer, but that's the way the cookie crumbles.
If the key cutouts correspond, a workaround is popping all the "wrong" keycaps and replacing them. Keycaps can be had at https://www.replacementlaptopkeys.com/ for instance. $4.50 a pop, discount if you buy a whole bunch. But less risk and cost than the Official Gut & Switch method.
