How do I get Flixter to send me iTunes code instead of Ultraviolet crap?

I just bought 'Drive' on bluray (great movie by the way) and like I've done so conveniently with all my other bluray movies in the past, I was going to download the digital copy onto my MBP. This time however, there was no digital copy and no iTunes code, instead there's this thing called Ultraviolet and the more I'm trying to familiarize myself with it the more I realize it is complete crap. I don't want to have to download some other application to play a movie that I'm not sure is even compatible with iTunes.

Not sure why they changed it and stopped using the iTunes codes, but I heard that many people were upset with the switch to Ultraviolet and Flixster is aware of the problem and they even sent iTunes codes for the Harry Potter movie to unhappy customers. I tried to email Flixster customer service to ask them for the iTunes code for 'Drive' but they make it so that it's impossible to find their email address on their site (or maybe I'm just not looking in the right place). Has anybody emailed Flixster support and gotten an iTunes code? And if so, what is there email address? Thanks.
