HT1495 Is it possible to set up two iPads (each with different choice of app, movie, music, etc) using one iTunes ID account on a single laptop?

I've got a new iPad and would like to set up the new device. My wife has an older iPad2. I would like use one iTune ID account for both devices and to have my new iPad having the same apps (with all the scores, etc) but preferbly to have a different music & movie collection from hers. Is it possible to set up such configuration accordingly.

I'm now in the SET UP iPAD section and don't know which option to click:

1) Set Up as new iPad

2) Restore from iCloud Backup

3) Restore from iTunes Backup (I've done backup before)

Hope to get some good tips from fellow users.
