It is scamware. Everything it claims to can be done much more salely and for free with other utilities.
The only thing it is good for is lining Zeobit's pockets with gold.
It is to be avoid like death itself.

I have no idea how they can get away with advertising MacKeeper at all.
You really really need to uninstall it, but maybe not using their uninstaller.
