Well if that be the case, I would expect the same behavior from all davices. Which is not the case, as a running app can be uninstalled successfuly without any issues on all other devices iPhone (3GS/4/4S) and iPad (mini) but iPhone 5. What makes it different when both 5 & mini are running 6.0.1 ?

Having the same IOS doesn't make the hardware the same. Different SOC!
