This is the first time I have tried to log oto Facebook from iPhoto 11.

After 4 hours I am defeated.

I have checked that my Facebook account Platform is open.

iPhoto icon appears under the Facebook Apps page under the Platform setting.

I have changed my Facebook log in and password to ensure that both Facebook and iPhoto are singing the same tune.

I must be doing something wrong that is really basic.

When iPhoto asks for the Facebook settings - It requires:

  • email address
  • password

I am entering the same data in these two fields that I use to log into Facebook.

It appears that I have managed to set up the correct data in iPhoto by using iPhoto Preferences: Accounts: Facebook

But when I go to a photo and Share and Facebook then I get the message "Facebook did'nt recognize the login information you entered for the account (my email address).

Is this problem?

Because my facebook email address is not the name of the Facebook Account. The email address is used to log into the account.

Please help I must be really dim on this one

Thanks in advance

Tony
