Jan 18, 2013 12:28 AM in response to 1chelseacby satwar,Just a thought, that it might be a firewall issue. You could try port forwarding in your router.. I have forwarded ports 123, 3689, 5353 and 53 for my Apple TV ip address. I've noticed a lot of people recommending port 123, which might be a good place to start.
If you're new to port forwarding it can be a bit challenging to grasp. It kind of punches a hole through your firewall.

There are lots of guides, for example http://www.wikihow.com/Set-up-Port-Forwarding-on-a-Router
The hardest part is figuring out where to go in your particular router's menu system to type in the IP address of your Apple TV
