Fabulous - worked for me too. However, I had to track it down in the Internet plug-ins folder as it wasn't in my iTunes plug in folder. This might be something to do with my iTunes stuff being on a different drive than the home folder (and therefore Library). Either way it only needed a quick search to find it.
Never even though of creating my own music visualiser, so it won't be missed.

YES! It worked for us. The path is Library/Internet Plug-Ins/Quartz Composer.webplugin and we're running OSX 10.7.5. Just remember to empty the trash and then restart your computer.

I was so hopeful but it didn't work for me which is weird.
I get the message in the morning when iTunes alarm wakes my computer and accesses iTunes. The speaker on my mac works but the one on my airport express has to be manually selected after ok'ing the error message.
Any further ideas would be welcome.
