Jan 18, 2013 7:30 AM in response to Mateenby edex67,Yes it is possible. Go to Start>Control Panel>Printers and use the Add Printer Wizard. I also think you need to install Bonjour Print Services and AirPort Utility which can be downloaded from Apple.

Jan 18, 2013 7:33 AM in response to edex67by Mateen,Thanks for the suggestion. This was the first thing I tried. However, the PC doesn't "see" the printer. The printer does work with the PC when connected and so I am assuming that the printer software is installed on the PC. The PC is about 2 years old while the HP printer is about 3 years old.

Jan 18, 2013 8:00 AM in response to edex67by Mateen,No I don't. If I need to install that can you let me know how please? Also I wonder whether it wouldn't be easier to configure the printer on the PC to work wirelessly with it (i.e. PC) first and then try to connect the Macs to the printer. I am much more familiar with a Mac than a PC.

Download and run the installer from there (just like installing any other program on Windows). Windows systems require this to be installed and bizarrely it doesn't auto-install along with AirPort Utility.

Jan 18, 2013 8:09 AM in response to edex67by Mateen,Thanks. Unfortunately I am not in the same town as the printer with difficulties. However, I passed along your message to my stepdaughter and hope that she'll be able to install it.
