When using garageband I'll record a track, and then split it to cut a part out, and when I delete the part I wanted taken out, the end of the track that remains clicks. If I copy/Paste it it clicks at the end of every track. At first I didn't even notice it, but now I always notice it. There's no click on a straight recording, just if I split the track and cut out one of the parts. How can I avoid the click noise?

You can't split an audio file randomly - if you cut it in the middle of the waveform, you get the click because the amplitude suddenly drops to zero. You have to find a quiet passage or a zero point in the waveform (a place where the amplitude is zero, zoom in as far as you can to find those.)
